The Unicorn People is a new-age HR consulting firm, founded in August 2018 by Ms. Vandana Teji. We are committed to providing end-to-end HR services to our clients. We are passionate about delivering innovative and customized solutions to our stakeholders and contributing to their growth journey.

Our Co-Founder & Chief Consultant, Ms. Rashi Goel was onboarded in March 2020. In the next two years, both Vandana & Rashi labored to define the fundamental structure of the firm which led to new client acquisitions and industry-wide recognition, and the creation of an ever-growing team of employees, interns, freelancers, and vendor partners. In 2022 Rashi decided to “call it a wrap” and set the course for another exciting journey.

We also provide organization-specific services for managing the Learning and Development, Employee Engagement, POSH, Payroll, and Compliance of Companies. We are now working towards broadening our horizons and focus on new client acquisitions and reach out to organizations who are in need of a structured approach in managing their employee life cycle.
